In terms of organizations that are on a continuous climb when it comes to European expansion to the United Kingdom and beyond in upcoming events for the back half of the calendar year, Oktagon MMA has assembled an A list roster of UK talents. In today’s episode of Across The Pond, you will meet a solar riser ready to show the promotion that he is anything but a flash in the frying pan at featherweight. A professional mixed martial artist since November 2021 and representing Northwest Fight Academy, Corey Fry holds a 4-1 record in five contests with all four of those victories coming via knockout. He has fought for UK Fighting Championships and has finished all four of his victories during his time in the professional ranks. Fry has never gone to the scorecards at any point over the course of his career as a professional MMA fighter with a 100 percent finish rate to show for it. The majority of Fry’s wins during his career as a professional mixed martial artist have been within the opening round. He has four first round finishes under his belt in five appearances. At UK Fighting Championships 17, he faced Nikola Ivanovic and went on to defeat him via knockout in round one. Fry also knocked out Cesar Valencia in the first round at UK Fighting Championships 18. Then at UK Fighting Championships 21, he defeated Adam Gregory via TKO in round one.

In the main event of UK Fighting Championships 23, Fry defeated Martin McDonough via technical knockout in the first round. The victory earned Fry the fourth knockout win of his professional career in addition to his fourth consecutive round one finish in the process, Fry is coming in blazing hot from the outset weather it is in front of the home faithful or in an enemy nation with everything to gain and prosper!
