Then at Global Legion FC 22, he defeated Rentsen Otgontulga via a split decision. Harvey defeated Rudy Isdiro via a split decision at Global Legion FC 24. He defeated Tyrell Hill via unanimous decision at Ultimate Battle Grounds 14 North Carolina to earn his fourth decision win as a professional.

At Fight for it 15, Harvey defeated Shane Tyner via technical knockout in the second round. The win earned Harvey the first knockout victory of his professional career along with his second finish overall.
