Yo! What’s up fight fans?
The build up to UFC294 has quite simply been bat shit crazy! Main event fell out. Then the co-main went with it. But we all know what happened next. We found our very own superhero’s in Alex Volkanowski & Kamaru Usman. Who both step in on roughly 10 days notice to save the top 2 fights on the card. Check out the video in this article for a full breakdown on those fights & a unbelievable main card.

But for this weeks “Golden Goose” best bets, it’s all about the preliminary card. Last weekend we went a PERFECT 3 for 3. Let’s hope for more of the same this weekend. Hope? We don’t need that. We got the plays from your boy right here.
1st up….
MOHAMMAD YAHYA V TREVOR PEEK – Take Trevor Peek via KO @ EVENS/+100
I’ve loved this play since forever. Peek was a underdog on the money line when the fight was announced. He’s now a odds on favourite. Peek brings 2 things. Crazy swinging punches & poor cardio. Now the poor cardio isn’t a issue this weekend. Because Yahya likes to hang his chin up in the air like a hot air balloon, whilst fighting on the back foot. Peek will come out throwing and applying the pressure right off the bat. Yahya wont know what’s hit him. His dream debut will soon turn into a notorious nightmare. Hell, it might not last 1 minute. Never mind 1 round!
Next up…
SHARA MAGOMEDOV V BRUNO SILVA – Take Shara Magomedov via KO @ 11/10, +110
Michael Bisping, 1 of the greats of the MMA world won a world title with only 1 eye. Shara Magomedov might not do that. But he most certainly has all the tools to turn Bruno Silvas lights out on Saturday. He’s got great power, fast hands, and serious aggression. Which all make a really bad combo for a Bruno Silva who seems to be only 1 fight away from been officially washed. He’s just digressing this past year. Saturday nights opening fight will only further that opinion, as Shara Magomedov goes head hunting and eventually spins Blindado’s head off his shoulders.
Last but not least…
JAVID BASHARAT V VICTOR HENRY – Take Javid Basharat via decision @ 4/6, -138
The Snow Leopard’s last 3 fights have gone to a decision. Victor Henry has never been stopped in a MMA fight. So no big write up needed. This is one of the few times that the MMA math works. Take the free money.
Goose out!
