Even under the brightest of spotlights with a highly regarded promotion, there are prospects that consider it to be just another day at the MMA office. In today’s episode of Across The Pond, you will meet a tigress of vengeful colours ready to witness featherweights crumble and crack in the pressure cooker of a successful rise in Invicta Fighting Championships.

A professional mixed martial artist since October 2021 and representing SBG Idaho, Riley Martinez holds an undefeated 3-0 record comprised of two submissions and one knockout. Martinez fought for Front Street Fights prior to debuting with Invicta Fighting Championships at Invicta FC 54 in October 2023. She is 1-0 under the Invicta Fighting Championships banner with a single finish under her belt for the organization with a time of one minute and 48 seconds.

All three of her finishes during her time in the professional ranks have been inside the opening round in the span of five minutes or fewer. Martinez has never gone to the scorecards at any juncture over the course of her career as a professional MMA fighter. She has three first-round finishes in three appearances during her career as a professional mixed martial artist.

In her MMA debut at Front Street Fights 22, she submitted Gloria Grachanin in round one. Martinez defeated Kayla Yontef via technical knockout in the first round at Front Street Fights 23 to earn her first and only knockout win as a professional. Then in her promotional debut with Invicta Fighting Championships at Invicta FC 54, she tapped out Julia Dorny via rear-naked choke in round one. The victory secured Martinez the second submission win of her professional career in addition to her first win under the Invicta FC banner in the process. No amount of temptation can tame this fire raider in her quest to be the ultimate queen amongst her warrior tribe!
