A professional mixed martial artist since September 2023 and representing Aberdeen Combat Centre, Damon Donald owns a 1-0 record with the only victory during his professional career coming via technical knockout. The lone finish during his time in the professional career has been inside the third round with a time of one minute and 13 seconds. He has a single third-round finish under his belt in his one and only appearance as a professional mixed martial artist thus far. Donald has never gone to the scorecards at any stage over the course of his career as a professional MMA fighter and has a finish rate of 100 percent to show for it. He has spent his entire professional career in his home nation of Scotland. Donald has fought for Budo Fighting Championships with one finish in his sole appearance with the promotion. Donald was part of 12 signings overall as additions to the roster for their class of signees in the new year.
In his professional MMA debut in the main event of Budo Fighting Championships 62, he faced Imran Chelhani and went on to defeat him via TKO in round three. The victory earned Donald the first knockout win of his professional career in addition to securing his first finish and win under the Budo Fighting Championships banner.
