Support on the local MMA scene carries just as much weight as the fighters themselves because they represent the sport as it stands in its current state. In today’s episode of Across The Pond, you will meet a flyweight four-wheeler ready to strike out on the open road for Synergy FC in hopes of taking home a gold strap for his efforts at Synergy FC 12 on March 23 from the Shrine Mosque in Springfield Missouri for the promotion’s flyweight title. A professional mixed martial artist since June 2022 and representing Mosburg Boxing, Jimmy Roach owns a 3-1 record with 100 percent of his victories coming via knockout. He is 2-0 under the Synergy FC banner with two finishes in two appearances with the organization. He has three first-round finishes under his belt during his career in the professional ranks. All three of his wins have come inside the opening round. Roach has never gone to the scorecards at any point over the course of his career as a professional MMA fighter. He has spent the majority of his time as a professional mixed martial artist in Missouri. Roach has also fought for Peak Fighting.

In his professional MMA debut at WCSA Redemption, he faced Kelly Bacon and went on to knock him out in the first round. Roach defeated Caleb Williams in round one in his promotional debut with Synergy FC at Synergy FC 7. Then in his second appearance with Synergy FC on the main card of Synergy FC 9, he knocked out Jorge Luna in the first round. The win earned Roach the third knockout victory of his professional career along with his third finish. He also picked up back-to-back victories under the Synergy FC banner in addition to maintaining his 100 percent finish rate in the process. Roach is a prospect that only knows a single speed, full throttle!
