Mickens has spent his whole career as a professional MMA fighter with Fury Fighting Championship. The one and only finish during his career as a professional mixed martial artist has come inside the opening round with a time of one minute and 20 seconds. Mickens has a single first-round finish through four professional appearances under his belt. He is 3-1 under the Fury Fighting Championship banner with one finish in four outings with the promotion to show for it.

In his MMA debut and promotional debut with Fury Fighting Championship 30, he faced Kyle Broadwater and went on to defeat him via unanimous decision.
