Across The Pond Profile: Cage Warriors fighter Nell Ariano

The first professional learning experiences that fighters have are not always the easiest pills to swallow. In today’s episode of Across The Pond, you will be introduced to the newest tri-color cannon ready to burst upon impact for Cage Warriors at light heavyweight and fly the French flag on UK grounds in the process in hopes of putting together a strong case for a homecoming in the city of light. A professional mixed martial artist since April 2024 and representing Platinum MMA Training Centre, Nell Ariano owns a 1-0 record with his one and only professional victory coming via technical knockout. He has spent his whole professional career with Cage Warriors and is 1-0 under their banner. The lone finish during Ariano’s career in the professional MMA ranks has come within the second round with a time of three minutes and 45 seconds. Ariano has never gone to the scorecards at any juncture over the course of his career as a professional MMA fighter with a finish rate of 100 percent to show for it. He also fought for Cage Warriors Academy Southeast twice as an amateur prior to turning professional.

In his professional MMA debut and promotional debut with Cage Warriors on the preliminary card of Cage Warriors 171, he faced Jamie MacDonald and went on to defeat him via TKO in the second round. The victory earned Ariano the first knockout win of his professional career along with his first win and finish under the Cage Warriors banner. He also picked up his first victory inside the professional ranks in the process.  At 1-0, Ariano is a ticking time bomb whose aggression levels spike when provoked, so opponents are warned not to arouse his ire!
