Mullen submitted Werlleson Almeida De Souza in the first round via rear-naked choke in his promotional debut with Full Contact Contender at FCC 33. He tapped out Markus-Maki Ventela via rear-naked choke in round one at FCC 35.
On the main card of FCC 37, Mullen submitted Douglas Alves in the second round via rear-naked choke. The victory earned Mullen the fifth submission win of his professional career along with win number three under the FCC banner. He also picked up his sixth overall victory as a professional in the process. Mullen ensures that his opponents never receive a moment of restful peace!
