He has fought for several promotions over the course of his career as a professional mixed martial artist including Almighty Fighting Championship and Full Contact Contender. Mullen has finished all six of his victories during his time as a professional MMA fighter with a 100 percent finish rate to show for it. He has never gone to the scorecards at any point in time during his career inside the professional ranks. Mullen is 3-1 under the FCC banner with three finishes under his belt in four outings with the organization.

In his MMA debut at Risk Fight League 5 gods of war, he defeated Liam Gregory via technical knockout in round one to secure his first and only knockout win as a professional. Mullen submitted Aaron Bowe via rear-naked choke in the first round at Almighty Fighting Championship 24. Then at BMF MMA 3, he tapped out Marcin Zembala in round one. Mullen submitted Werlleson Almeida De Souza in the first round via rear-naked choke in his promotional debut with Full Contact Contender at FCC 33. He tapped out Markus-Maki Ventela via rear-naked choke in round one at FCC 35.

On the main card of FCC 37, Mullen submitted Douglas Alves in the second round via rear-naked choke. The victory earned Mullen the fifth submission win of his professional career along with win number three under the FCC banner. He also picked up his sixth overall victory as a professional in the process. Mullen ensures that his opponents never receive a moment of restful peace!
