A professional mixed martial artist since May 2024 and representing Itaipava Martial Arts, Jackson Clarke owns a 1-0 record with his lone win during his career in the professional MMA ranks coming via decision. He has spent his whole professional career with Cage Warriors and is 1-0 under their banner. Clarke has gone to the scorecards once over the course of his career as a professional MMA fighter sweeping them clean across the board on that occasion over a period of three rounds and a duration of 15 minutes. His only victory during his career as a professional mixed martial artist has been via a unanimous verdict. Clarke has spent his entire career in the United Kingdom. He also fought for several promotions as an amateur including Rise And Conquer and Machine MMA prior to turning professional.
In his professional MMA debut and promotional debut with Cage Warriors on the preliminary card of Cage Warriors 172, he faced Faudel Bentayeb and went on to defeat him via unanimous decision. The victory earned Clarke the first decision win of his professional career along with victory number one under the Cage Warriors banner. He also picked up his first win inside the professional ranks in the process.
