Across The Pond Profile: PFL Europe fighter Lorenzo Parente

For many of today’s top promotional giants, venturing into new parts of the world map aims to bring awareness to the best regional talents who need a chance to shine when an opportunity presents itself under the correct circumstances. In today’s episode of Across The Pond, you will meet a solider of Scottish liberty and independence ready to let freedom ring as he ushers in chapter two of his professional arc in PFL Europe as the promotion prepares for their Glasgow debut at the Hydro on September 28. A professional mixed martial artist since December 2023 and representing Higher Level Mixed Martial Arts under head coach James Doolan, Lorenzo Parente holds an undefeated 3-0 record with all of those victories coming via technical knockout. All of his finishes during his professional career have been within the opening round in the span of five minutes or fewer. He has fought for Caestus MMA and has spent his whole professional career in the United Kingdom. Parente has a 100 percent finish rate and has never gone to the scorecards at any point in time over the course of his professional career. He has three first-round finishes under his belt through three outings as a professional MMA fighter.

In his professional MMA debut in the main event of Caestus MMA 1, he defeated Mohammed El Mir via TKO in the first round. Parente also defeated Karoly Molnar via technical knockout in round one in the main event of Caestus MMA 2. Then in the co-main event of Caestus MMA 3, he defeated Ricardo Morais via TKO in the first round. The win earned Parente the third knockout victory of his professional career in addition to his third consecutive first-round finish. He also picked up his third victory in the professional ranks in the process.

At PFL Glasgow on September 28, Parente will face Jay Aspinwall in a showcase affair at Lightweight. Good luck Lorenzo!
