As you know, at MMA UK we love to show our support for the upcoming mixed martial artists we think are going to do big things for the rest of 2024. Without further ado, let’s get started.
1.) DANIEL AIYEOLA:
Hailing from Team Underground, Daniel had his MMA debut in April of last year at Road to Victory, displaying his knack for striking and showing good distance management. He then fought at Cage Warriors South East 32 in October of 2023 and secured a win against Omar Majdoub.
2.) DEVANTE JOHNSON-ROSE:
With an astonishing BJJ record—a four-time NAGA World Champion, IBJJF Adult World Blue Belt Bronze Medalist, three-time IBJJF Master North American Champion and Silver Medalist, IBJJF No-Gi European Champion, and IBJJF No-Gi European Bronze Medalist, just to name a few—DeVante is a force of nature on the mats.
DeVante trains out of Enso Jiu Jitsu Academy in Colchester under ADCC Trials winner Taylor Pearman. With his vast experience on the mats, his love for competing at the highest level, and his masterful coach Taylor imparting valuable knowledge, he’s one to watch out for in the ever-growing Jiu Jitsu world.
3.) OLLIE SARWA:
The knockout artist Ollie Sarwa is one of my favorite fighters to watch. With a professional record of 4 wins and 0 losses, all by KO, he’s a real problem in the Bantamweight division.
Training at Force Submission MMA alongside another power puncher, Karl Mullings, Ollie has shown his calm nature in the cage when defending takedowns, alongside his instinct for going for the kill early in fights. He has a promising MMA career ahead of him, and I can’t wait to see where he ends up.
