He has spent his whole Amateur career with Cage Warriors Academy Southeast and is 1-0 under their banner. Hadley has never gone to the scorecards over the course of his career as an Amateur MMA fighter with a 100 percent finish rate to show for it. He has spent his entire career as an Amateur mixed martial artist in the United Kingdom. The lone finish during Hadley’s Amateur career has come inside the third and final round with a time of two minutes and 28 seconds. He has a single third-round finish under his belt in his only appearance inside the Amateur ranks. In his Amateur MMA debut and promotional debut under the Cage Warriors Academy Southeast banner at CWASE 34, he faced Tommy Summers and went on to defeat him via technical knockout in the third round.
