Results from the weigh-ins for Bellator Champions Series London this Saturday, 14 September at OVO Arena Wembley, London, are now final.
The event in England’s capital will be headlined by a No.1 Contender Bout in the Women’s Featherweight division between Leah “The Curse” McCourt (8-3) and Sara Collins (5-0), looking to settle who is next in line to challenge for the right to call themselves the best 145 lbs female fighter on the planet.
The co-main event will see London’s own Simeon “Smooth” Powell (9-1) set to put on a performance for his home fans as he goes up against Rafael “Kratos” Xavier (13-7) in a hugely anticipated Light Heavyweight bout.
The main card will also see Simeon’s training partner, England’s own Luke “The Gent” Trainer (8-1), in another exciting Light Heavyweight match-up as he faces Laurynas “Captain Lithuania” Urbonavicius (14-1).
The main card will be opened by an all-British clash between striking specialists Tim “The Experiment” Wilde (17-5-1) and the debuting Marc “Bonecrusher” Diakiese (17-7), with fans in for a treat as both fighters promise fireworks in their Lightweight bout.
The preliminary card will be headlined by a Lightweight battle of undefeated records as Denver-native Archie “King” Colgan (10-0) enters the Bellator cage against Brazil’s Manoel “Manumito” Sousa (11-0), where someone’s undefeated record will come to an end.
Bellator Champions Series London will air live in the UK on DAZN, Virgin Media in the Republic of Ireland, and on Max in the U.S. at 6:00pm BST / 1:00pm EST.
