Dilemme has spent his entire professional career in the United States. He has finished three out of his six overall victories during his career inside the professional ranks. He has gone to the scorecards on three occasions over the course of his professional career.
In his professional MMA debut at Ring Of Combat 76, he faced John Caldone and knocked him out in the second round. Dilemme defeated Johnson Nasona via unanimous decision in his promotional debut with Cage Fury Fighting Championships at CFFC 113. Then at CFFC 117, he knocked out Isa Dilapaj in round one. Dilemme defeated Robert Wusstig via unanimous decision at CFFC 124. He defeated Keith Speed via a split decision at CFFC 128 to lock up his third decision as a professional. Dilemme defeated Wendel Araujo Rocha via technical knockout in round three on the main card of CFFC 131. The victory earned Dilemme the third knockout win of his professional career. He also picked up his sixth consecutive win inside the professional ranks in the process.
