Sticking to a disciplined routine is an essential part of any athlete’s success whether they are a first-year rookie or a seasoned veteran with years of experience. In today’s episode of Across The Pond, you will meet a garden state general of strict control whose regimented assaults are causing opponents to fall in formation at Welterweight for Cage Fury Fighting Championships. A professional mixed martial artist since December 2021 and representing Dante Rivera BJJ under The Ultimate Fighter season seven alumni and head coach Dante Rivera, Eric Nolan holds a 5-3 record in eight outings comprised of two submissions, two decisions and one knockout. He has spent his entire career as a professional MMA fighter with Cage Fury Fighting Championships. Nolan has spent his whole professional career in the United States and has finished three out of his five overall wins over the course of his career inside the professional ranks.

In his professional MMA debut and promotional debut under the Cage Fury Fighting Championships banner at CFFC 104, he faced Shane Whiteagle and defeated him via unanimous decision. Nolan submitted Ibrahaim Kallie in round one via rear-naked choke at CFFC 112. Then at CFFC 116, he knocked out Derrick Ageday in the second round to score his first and only knockout win as a professional. Nolan tapped out Omoyele Gonzalez via rear-naked choke in round two at CFFC 120 to lock up his second submission win as a professional.

On the main card of CFFC 131, he defeated R’mandel Cameron via unanimous decision. The victory earned Nolan the second decision win of his professional career. He also picked up his fifth victory inside the professional ranks in the process. No matter the time of day, Nolan has made a habit out of turning lights out at an early hour on even the brightest of foes when they receive a failing grade on inspection!
