His sole victory during his career as a professional mixed martial artist has resulted in a unanimous verdict over a period of three rounds and a duration of 15 minutes. In his promotional debut under the Cage Warriors banner in the opening preliminary bout of Cage Warriors 178, he faced Matthew Friel and went on to defeat him via unanimous decision. The win earned Molinari the first decision victory of his professional career along with his first win under the Cage Warriors banner.
