A professional mixed martial artist since January 2016 and representing Nashville MMA, Dedrek Sanders owns a 9-4 record in 13 outings comprised of four knockouts, two submissions and three decisions. He has fought for numerous promotions during his journey as a professional MMA fighter including Alaska Fighting Championship and PFL MMA. Sanders has spent his entire career as a professional mixed martial artist in the United States. He is 1-0 under the PFL MMA banner. Sanders has finished six out of his nine overall victories during his career in the professional ranks.
In his professional MMA debut at AFC 120, he faced Robert Taylor and went on to defeat him via a split decision. Sanders also defeated Charlie Kennedy in round one at AFC 127. Then at AFC 128, he submitted Veded Pezer in the second round via rear-naked choke. Sanders defeated Travis Dean Hill at B2 Fighting Series Tennessee 123 via unanimous decision. He knocked out Logan Neal in the first round at Aries Fight Series Amp’d. Sanders defeated Michael Roberts at Aries Fight Series Nashville Underground via unanimous decision to lock up his third decision win as a professional. He knocked out Kellen VanCamp in the first round. Sanders submitted Angel Alverez via rear naked choke in the second round to score his second submission win as a professional.
In his promotional debut under the PFL MMA banner at PFL 7, he knocked out Sergio Cossio in round one. The victory earned Sanders the fourth knockout win of his professional career in addition to his first victory under the PFL MMA banner. He also secured his ninth win inside the professional ranks in the process. This seasoned Southern predator of the musical mountains becomes a supreme opportunist when he spots signs of a fresh fray!
