A professional mixed martial artist since February 2019 and representing Lions Gym, James Dixon holds a 4-3 record in seven outings consisting of three knockouts and one submission. He has fought for Golden Ticket Fight Promotions and Cage Warriors. Dixon has spent his whole tenure as a professional MMA fighter in the United Kingdom and has finished all four of his victories with a 100 percent finishing rate to show for it with all of them coming inside of two rounds. Dixon fought for Golden Ticket Fight Promotions prior to debuting under the Cage Warriors banner at Cage Warriors 181 in November 2024 at the Ventru Motors Arena in Newcastle.
At Golden Ticket Fight Promotions Fight Night 12, he faced Alan Brykalski and went on to knock him out in round one. Dixon also defeated Dillon Manning via technical knockout in the first round at Golden Ticket Fight Promotions Fight Night 15. Then at Golden Ticket Fight Promotions Fight Night 20, he defeated Milan Bodhi Silva Morck via TKO in round one to notch his third knockout win as a professional.
At Golden Ticket Fight Promotions Fight Night 21, Dixon submitted Adam Horvath via kimura in the second round. The victory earned Dixon the first and only submission win of his professional career. He also secured his fourth win and finish inside the professional ranks in the process.
