For everyone who aspires to make MMA their career for the long term in the future, the starting line may be different in the beginning, but the finish line remains the same because of a unified vision. In today’s episode of Across The Pond, you will meet a rodeo riser of the dawn light ready to strap into the saddle in her quest to be the crown cowgirl for Synergy FC. An Amateur mixed martial artist since January 2025 and representing Team Fusion Jiu-Jitsu and MMA under head coach Brad Montgomery, Christy Jestice owns a 1-0 record with her only win as an Amateur MMA fighter coming via TKO. She has spent her whole Amateur career with Synergy FC and is 1-0 under their banner. Jestice has spent her entire Amateur journey in the United States and has never gone to the scorecards during her career in the Amateur ranks with a 100 percent finish rate to show for it. She has a single first-round finish under her belt in her lone appearance as an Amateur mixed martial artist thus far. The one and only finish over the course of her Amateur journey has come inside the opening round with a time of two minutes and 13 seconds.
In her Amateur MMA debut and promotional debut under the Synergy FC banner on the preliminary card of Synergy FC 17, she faced Evie Wilson and defeated her in the first round. The win earned Jestice the first knockout victory of her Amateur career along with her first victory and finish under the Synergy FC banner. She also secured her first win inside the Amateur ranks in the process. Jestice is a prospect ready to dig her silver spurs in deep and never give an inch of ground in the hot bed of the show me state because MMA can become the wild west at the drop of a hat!
