The Evolution of Women’s MMA worldwide is a strong sign of the times when it comes to showing how much ground has been gained in the shifting narrative battle of mixed martial arts equality. In today’s episode of Across The Pond, you will meet the newest budding blossom burner ready to handle the hot stove at Bantamweight for Full Contact Contender with warming passion as her Amateur path unfolds. An Amateur mixed martial artist since June 2024 and representing Urban Kingz MMA under head coach Mick Stanton, Rosea Berry owns a 2-0 record with both of her wins in the Amateur ranks coming via technical knockout. She has fought for Kingdom Combat Championship and Full Contact Contender. Berry has spent her entire Amateur tenure in the United Kingdom and has never gone to the scorecards during her Amateur journey with a 100 percent finish rate to show for it. Each of her finishes over the course of her career as an Amateur MMA fighter has been inside the distance. Berry has a single first-round finish under her belt alongside one third-round finish in two appearances as an Amateur mixed martial artist thus far.

In her Amateur MMA debut at Kingdom Combat Championship Friday Fight Night 2, she faced Ellie Wright and went on to defeat her via technical knockout in round three. Then in her promotional debut with Full Contact Contender at FCC 40, Berry defeated Abbie Griffin via TKO in the first round to secure the second knockout win of her Amateur career in addition to her first victory and finish under the FCC banner. She also scored back-to-back finishes to begin her Amateur journey. Slip up against Berry and things are bound to get spicy rather rapidly!
