The hallmark of a great champion lies in their ability to successfully defend their home turf at all costs against enemy opposition even when the stakes are at an all-time high. In today’s episode of Across The Pond, you will be introduced to an Emerald-eyed dragon of ambitious anger going scorched earth at Flyweight for Samurai Fighting Championship with his fiery finishing flourishes. An Amateur mixed martial artist since October 2021 and representing Shore Mixed Martial Arts under head coach Richard Shore, Befan Hall holds an 8-2 record in 10 contests consisting of four submissions, two knockouts and two decisions. Hall has spent his whole tenure as an Amateur MMA fighter in the United Kingdom and has finished six out of his eight overall victories over the course of his journey in the Amateur ranks. He has fought for Cage Warriors Academy Wales, EMMA and Samurai Fighting Championship. Hall has gone to the scorecards twice during his time as an Amateur mixed martial artist.
In his Amateur MMA debut at Cage Warriors Academy Wales 4, he defeated Cory Bethell via TKO in the second round. Hall defeated Bala Habashi at Cage Warriors Academy Wales 7 via unanimous decision. Then at Cage Warriors Academy Wales 8, he submitted Kevan Evans in round one via triangle choke.
