He has fought for BTC Fight Promotions and Unified MMA. Dokaj has spent his whole career as a professional MMA fighter in his home nation of Canada. He has finished three out of his four wins overall over the course of his journey in the professional ranks. Dokaj is 1-1 under the Unified MMA banner with one finish under his belt in two appearances with the promotion to show for it.

In his professional MMA debut at BTC 10 Vancouver, he defeated Geran Buckner via unanimous decision. Dokaj submitted Matt Bednarek at BTC 12 Unlocked via rear-naked choke in the first round. Then at BTC 16 Challenger Series 1. he defeated Nick Klein via technical knockout in round three to notch his first knockout win as a professional. Dokaj tapped out Cal Kostiniuk in round one in his promotional debut with Unified MMA at Unified MMA 55. The victory earned Dokaj the second submission win of his professional career alongside his first win and finish under the Unified MMA banner. He also secured his fourth victory inside the professional ranks in the process.
