A professional mixed martial artist since November 2016 and representing Submission Factory under Craig Mcintosh, Gary Priestley owns a 2-2-1-1 record in four contests consisting of one submission, one decision one draw and a no contest. Preistley has fought for several promotions during his career as a professional MMA fighter including Budo Fighting Championships and has spent his entire career as a professional mixed martial artist in the United Kingdom. He has a single first-round finish under his belt through four appearances inside the professional ranks with a time of three minutes and three seconds to show for it. His one and only decision victory over the course of his professional journey has resulted in a split decision verdict.
At Vision MMA Combat UK 1, he faced Kev O’ Fee and went on to submit him in round one to notch his first submission win as a professional. Then at Budo Fighting Championships 69, Priestley defeated Matthew Friel via a split decision. The victory earned Preistley the first decision win of his professional career. He also secured his second win inside the professional ranks in the process.
In his promotional debut under the Cage Warriors banner on April 19 at Cage Warriors 187, he will face off against fellow countryman Redge Hingston in a Flyweight encounter with national pride in the balance. Good luck Gary!
