Full UAE Warriors 58 Fight Card Released

Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates – Arabia’s biggest MMA promotion can now reveal the entire 13-bout fight card of the upcoming UAE Warriors 58 event taking place on the 22nd of February in Al Ain and there are already a huge amount of instant classics.

With the main event Lightweight Title fight between Champion Amru Magomedov (8-0) and Alex da Silva (24-5) already announced, UAE Warriors can now release the full fight card and there are indeed some absolute barnburners. Firstly that has to include the co-main event which is a bantam brawl between Palestine’s Rany Saadeh (14-4) and Japan’s Hikaru Yoshino (13-5). After securing the fastest submission in UAE Warriors history last May, former BAMMA champ Saadeh now has two first-round heel hook wins on his promotional resumé and no-one has yet found his chin. His southpaw opponent Yoshino is a ONE FC, Rizin and Deep veteran who is dangerous in the clinch with dirty boxing and trips but is equally content to make a brawl of it. Their respective fighting styles indicate that this 19th fight for both athletes could either take place in the phone booth or one of them is carrying an ankle home.

Already being picked as ‘Fight of the Night’ is the Caspian clash between Dagestan’s Magomed Zaynukov (6-0) and Azerbaijan’s Shakhmar Sadygov (6-0-1). The kickboxing of Club Nurmagomedov’s Zaynukov is so good that with five finishes with the fists, many find it crazy when considering his camp and combat background that he has never won by submission. But Sadygov is an equally devastating striker, training with countryman Rafael Fiziev at Tiger Muay Thai where he is permanently based. With the local sporting rivalry between these two neighboring countries already making this one spicy and with two undefeated records on the line, this scrap is going to be unmissable.

Rashid Vagabov (12-2) is a UAE Warriors standout whose last three appearances in Abu Dhabi ended with him taking the tap in the first. An exciting all-rounder, his kickboxing is as good as his grappling, the same of which could easily be said about his opponent Denis Araujo (23-6), Jungle Fight’s former flyweight champion whose first loss was to Deiveson Figueiredo but boasts of 13 cracking stoppages of his own.

Philippine’s eclectic Juego Todo specialist Genil Francisco (14-10) is back to take on promotional fan favourite Victor Nunes (10-5), a BJJ black belt with KO power in both hands and another Palestinian submission specialist makes the walk once more with the outstanding Abdul Hussein (11-2) a former multiple-time IMMAF Champion facing Colombian Sambo fighter Eduardo Mora (9-5) who is coming-off two first-round finishes and hasn’t been the distance in over six years.
