A professional mixed martial artist since March 2022 and representing HMAC Inverness, Jamie MacDonald owns a 3-1 record consisting of two knockouts and one submission. He fought for Almighty Fighting Championship and Forza Fighting Championship prior to debuting under the Cage Warriors banner in April 2024 at Cage Warriors 171. MacDonald has never gone to the scorecards over the course of his professional career with a 100 percent finish rate to show for it. All of his finishes during his professional career have come within a single round in the timeframe of five minutes or fewer. He has spent his entire professional career in the United Kingdom. MacDonald has three first-round finishes under his belt through four outings as a professional MMA fighter thus far.
In his professional MMA debut at Forza Fighting Championship 8, he faced Pierre Zorro and defeated him via technical knockout in round one. MacDonald defeated Robbie Kennedy via TKO in the first round at Almighty Fighting Championship 28 to notch his second knockout win as a professional. Then in the co-main event of Almighty Fighting Championship 31, he submitted Mateusz Duczmal in round one via rear-naked choke to secure the first submission victory of his professional career alongside his third consecutive first-round finish. He also earned his third win inside the professional ranks in the process overall.
