The hardest thing to do as a mixed martial artist is being stuck in a situation where you must wait for it to be resolved as the wheel of limbo spins beyond your control. In today’s episode of Across The Pond, you will meet a bulldog of independent assertiveness ready to sever the chain of inaction as his momentum peaks at featherweight for Fury Fighting Championship. A professional mixed martial artist since August 2022 and representing WAR Training Center, Keron Reed holds a 5-2 record in seven contests consisting of three decisions and two submissions. Reed has fought for several promotions over the course of his journey as a professional MMA fighter including Fury Fighting Championship and Cage Fury Fighting Championships. He has spent his entire professional tenure in the United States. All three of his decision victories during his professional career have resulted in unanimous verdicts. Both of Reed’s submission wins have come inside the opening round. He is 3-1 under the Fury Fighting Championship banner with two finishes under his belt in four appearances with the promotion to show for it.

In his professional MMA debut at CFFC 112, he faced Kevin Sterling and defeated him via unanimous decision. Reed defeated Gilberto Melara at XKO 64 Fight Night via unanimous decision. Then at Fury FC 93, he defeated Issac Vasquez via unanimous decision to score his third decision win as a professional. Reed submitted Ivan Ortiz in the first round at Fury FC 99.

At Fury FC 103, he tapped out Cristian Lopez via rear-naked choke in round one. The victory secured Reed the second submission win of his professional career alongside his third win and second consecutive finish under the Fury Fighting Championship banner. He also earned his fifth overall win inside the professional ranks in the process. When Reed finds his rhythm, there is no stopping freedom’s beat!
