A professional mixed martial artist since April 2024 and representing Team KF MMA, Craig McGrattan holds a 3-0 record consisting of two knockouts and one decision. He is 1-0 under the Cage Warriors banner and has finished two out of his three overall wins. McGrattan’s lone decision victory during his journey as a professional MMA fighter has resulted in a unanimous verdict. Both of his finishes over the course of his career in the professional ranks have been inside the distance with a single first-round finish alongside one second-round finish under his belt to show for it in three professional appearances.

In his professional MMA debut, he faced Sherwan Khail and went on to defeat him via TKO in the second round. McGrattan also defeated Davit Kasumyan via technical knockout in round one to notch his second knockout win as a professional. Then in his promotional debut under the Cage Warriors banner on the main card of Cage Warriors 184, he defeated Luca Finocchio via unanimous decision. The win earned McGrattan the first decision victory of his professional career in addition to win number one under the Cage Warriors banner.
