A professional mixed martial artist since April 2024 and representing Team Underground MMA, Medhi Korai owns a 2-1 record with both of his wins coming via submission. He has fought for several promotions throughout his professional journey including Golden Ticket Fight Promotions and Rise and Conquer and has spent his entire career in the United Kingdom. Korai has never gone to the scorecards during his professional career with a finish rate of 100 percent to show for it. Each of his finishes have been inside of a single round with two first-round finishes under his belt. Korai also fought for several promotions as an Amateur before turning professional including Cage Warriors Academy Southeast and Goliath Fight Series. He has finished both of wins over the course of his journey inside the professional ranks.

In his professional MMA debut at Rise and Conquer 14, he faced Jafferson Mukisa and went on to tap him out via rear-naked choke in round one. Korai submitted Jack Tucker at Golden Ticket Fight Promotions 27 in the first round via brabo choke. The win scored Korai the second submission victory of his professional career alongside his second consecutive first-round finish He also earned his second overall victory as a professional mixed martial artist in the process.
