Beginning their MMA journey from an early age allows fighters to gradually grow up with one organization, where the relationship benefits both parties and goals remain the same for everyone across the board. In today’s episode of Across The Pond, you will meet a blistering blaster of Emerald Isle smoke creating a searing imprint of lasting memories at featherweight for Cage Warriors in the Irish cannon of mixed martial arts. A professional mixed martial artist since February 2026 and representing SBG Naas under yellow glove veteran Peter Queally, Alex Keogh owns a 1-0 record with his lone victory coming via submission. The one and only finish of his career as a professional MMA fighter has come in a single round with a time of 24 seconds. Keogh has never gone to the scorecards over the course of his journey inside the professional ranks with a 100 percent finish rate. He is 1-0 under the Cage Warriors banner and has spent his entire tenure in the United Kingdom. Keogh also fought for various promotions as an Amateur in his home nation of Ireland including Cage Legacy before turning professional.

In his professional MMA debut and promotional debut under the Cage Warriors banner in the opening preliminary bout of Cage Warriors 200 from the RDS in Dublin, he faced Taylor Sullivan and went on to choke him out via rear-naked choke in round one. The win earned Keogh the first submission victory of his professional career in addition to securing victory and finish number one under the Cage Warriors banner. He also his first overall win as a professional mixed martial artist in the process. At just 20 years and already showing brilliant promise one contest in, Keogh is just the newest gem to show his shine admis a sea alight with an abundance of Irish diamonds that have both shimmer and sizzle!
