Receiving an opportunity to fight for a title in a major organization even if it is interim, requires the same amount of effort even when the circumstances are not quite the same as the contract dictates. In today’s episode of Across The Pond, you will meet a surgeon of steeled hunger ready to forge his victory visualization and usher in an April boom blitz at bantamweight for Cage Fury Fighting Championships. A professional mixed martial artist since February 2024 and representing Stout PGH, Lucas Seibert holds a 6-0 record consisting of three knockouts and three decisions. All of his decision wins have resulted in unanimous verdicts. Seibert has fought for various promotions over the course of his career as a professional MMA fighter including Legacy Fighting Alliance. He has spent his whole professional arc in the United States with most of it being in his home state of Pennsylvania. He has finished three out of his six total victories during his time inside the professional ranks.
In his professional MMA debut, he faced Jacob Zack and went on to defeat him via TKO in the second round at Brawl in the Burgh 20. Seibert defeated Nathaniel Grubman via unanimous decision. Then at Brawl in the Burgh 24, he defeated Eddie Alvarez via technical knockout in round three. Seibert defeated Kameron Jordan at Brawl in the Burgh 27 via unanimous decision. He defeated Gustavo Kruger via TKO in the first round at LFA 211 to score his third knockout win as a professional. Seibert defeated Terry Bartholomew via unanimous decision to pick up the third decision victory of his professional career. He also earned his sixth consecutive overall win to start his story as a professional mixed martial artist in the process.
In the co-main event of CFFC 153 on April 17, he will square off against Sebastian Ruiz for the CFFC interim bantamweight title. Good luck Lucas!
