There are no easy days at the MMA office for either males or females if they want to work their way up the ladder by accepting only the toughest of assignments where one wrong move can derail their climb towards progress. In today’s episode of Across The Pond, you will be introduced to an empire eagle spreading her wings with sunny confidence in Cage Fury Fighting Championships at strawweight. A professional mixed martial artist since December 2025 and representing APEX Combat Sports, Paige Wilcox holds a 1-1 record with her lone win coming via submission. Wilcox has never gone to the scorecards during her career inside the professional ranks with a 100 percent finish rate to show for it. She has spent her whole journey as a professional MMA fighter with Cage Fury Fighting Championships and is 1-1 under their banner. Wilcox has spent her entire tenure in the United States. The one and only finish in her professional arc has been in the opening round inside of five minutes or fewer with a time of one minute and 19 seconds.

In her professional MMA debut and promotional debut under the Cage Fury Fighting Championships banner on the preliminary card of CFFC 149, she faced Karli Jo Thomas and went on tap her out via rear-naked choke in the first round. The win earned Wilcox the first submission victory of her professional career along with picking up her first win and finish under the Cage Fury Fighting Championships banner. She also notched her first victory overall as a professional mixed martial artist in the process. Wilcox is proof positive that those who believe in themselves in spite of a stacked deck will with the assistance of time’s trusted hands, ultimately end up manifesting what they most covet no matter how sharp a critic’s sting or the perceived volume of noisy influence from those on the outside!
