Deciding to uphold the family bloodline can be a difficult cross to bear in the mixed martial arts world, due in large part to the simple fact that it is almost impossible for a fighter rising through the ranks to shoulder alone because of the responsibilities that can quickly pile up on their plate without a solid support system to ease the pressure of the daily glory grind. In today’s episode of Across The Pond, you will meet a hawk of the hedges ready to swoop in and strip away the security of his opponents at welterweight for Cage Fury Fighting Championships. A professional mixed martial artist since October 2024 and representing American Top Team Atlanta, Ronald Humphrey holds an undefeated 4-0 record with all of his victories coming via TKO. He has fought for several promotions throughout his career inside the professional ranks including Legacy Fighting Alliance, Attitude MMA Fights and Cage Fury Fighting Championships. Humphrey has never gone to the scorecards over the course of his journey as a professional MMA fighter with a 100 percent finish rate under his belt to show for it through four professional appearances. He has spent his whole tenure in the United States and is 1-0 under the Cage Fury Fighting Championships banner. The majority of Humphrey’s wins have been within the opening round inside of five minutes or fewer to go alongside a single second-round finish.
In his professional MMA debut, he defeated Ralston Thomas via technical knockout in round one. Humphrey also defeated Paul Kimble at Attitude MMA Fights 33 via TKO in the second round. Then in his only outing under the Legacy Fighting Alliance banner on the main card of LFA 219, he defeated Dupree Stewart via technical knockout in the first round.
In his promotional debut under the Cage Fury Fighting Championships banner on the main card of CFFC 151, he defeated Liam Hamill via TKO in round one to pick up the fourth knockout win of his professional career in addition to securing his first victory and finish under the Cage Fury Fighting Championships banner. He also earned his fourth consecutive victory overall to start his arc as a professional mixed martial artist in the process. At 4-0, Humphrey’s hound-like pursuit of winning make those who slip in their daily discipline easier to track out of fear of being a distracting disturbance!
