The amount of time that it takes to fully prepare a fighter for when his number eventually gets called up to a national stage is never determined the countdown of a camp clock, but by a single one-word answer of acceptance on the other end of a phone. In today’s episode of Across The Pond, you will meet a Pocono pounder of the rail lines ready to venture forth and gather up much more than just the sooty grime of coal dust on his adventure up the tracks. A professional mixed martial artist since August 2025 and representing The Oasis MMA Academy, Connor Cyphert holds a 2-1 record consisting of one knockout and one decision. Cyphert has competed under the banners of several organizations throughout his time as a professional MMA fighter including Cage Fury Fighting Championships. His one and only win via a clean sweep of the scorecards in his career has been the result of a unanimous verdict over three rounds with a timeframe of 15 minutes and a single second-round finish with two wins in a total of three appearances thus far through his arc. His whole story journey has stayed in the United States in Virginia and his home state of Pennsylvania respectively. Cyphert has finished one out of his two victories so far.
In his professional MMA debut in the main event of Bayfront Brawl 17, he faced Regal Reese and went on to defeat him via a unanimous decision to obtain his lone decision victory as a professional. Cyphert defeated Jessie Terwilliger in the co-main event of Bayfront Brawl 18 via TKO in the second round to notch the first knockout win of his professional career along with his sole professional finish. He also earned his second victory in the process overall as a professional MMA fighter. Within the confines of a regional restriction, Cyphert is a prospect whose coded crackdowns have left out of towners circling the drain like clothing left out to dry on an outdoor line in all forms of waterlogged weather!
