Cage Warriors is heading to Newcastle for a massive year-end showdown.
Europe’s leading mixed martial arts promotion will close out its 2025 schedule in spectacular fashion at the Vertu Arena this Saturday. The CW 199 card features two world title fights at the top of a stacked lineup, making for an electric finale on the Road to CW 200.
Main Event: Clancy Jr vs Van Suijdam for Interim Gold
In the main event, Scotland’s fast-rising star Sean Clancy Jr battles Dutch veteran Melvin van Suijdam for the interim Cage Warriors welterweight championship. Will Clancy’s meteoric ascent continue, or can ‘MVS’ make a stunning debut and shake up the division?
Co-Main: Haque vs Leblond – A Grudge Match Finally Settled
The co-main event sees a long-awaited grudge match finally come to fruition. Flyweight champion Shaj ‘Superman’ Haque defends his belt in a homecoming fight against fierce rival Nicolas Leblond. After several previous cancellations, the pair will finally settle their score over five championship rounds.

The action-packed main card also features the return of former lightweight champion George Hardwick, who takes on former welterweight title challenger Daniel Konrad. Plus, rising prospects George Staines and Ioan Harris clash in a pivotal lightweight bout.
