Di Gangi defeated Matteo Soave via TKO in round one at Iron Fighters 21 to secure his only knockout win as a professional. He submitted Alex Bertinazzi via rear-naked choke in round three at ICF 1 to score his second submission victory as a professional. Then in his promotional debut under the Cage Warriors banner at Cage Warriors 154, Di Gangi defeated Alessandro Giordano via unanimous decision.
In the second event of a Manchester doubleheader on the preliminary card of Cage Warriors 198, he defeated Jack McLoughlin via unanimous decision to pick up the second decision victory of his professional career alongside his second Cage Warriors win. Di Gangi also earned his fifth victory overall as a professional mixed martial artist in the process.
