Having a winning hunger allows athletes to stay driven even when the hard times are here to rear their ugly head and make life’s everyday struggles more magnified by scrutiny’s microscope. In today’s episode of Across The Pond, you will meet a leopard of lunging drifts ready to mark his snowbound territory with roaring enthusiasm at Featherweight for Unified MMA. A professional mixed martial artist since June 2024 and representing Black Dragon Combative Systems, Leo Bonin owns a 3-2 record in five outings consisting of one knockout, one submission and one decision. He has spent his entire career as a professional MMA fighter with Unified MMA and is 3-2 under their banner. Bonin has spent whole journey in his home nation of Canada and also fought for Unified MMA as an Amateur before turning professional. His only decision victory has resulted in a unanimous verdict. Bonin has finished two out of his three total wins over the course of his career inside the professional ranks, with both of those finishes coming within two rounds.
In his professional MMA debut and promotional debut under the Unified MMA banner at Unified MMA 54, he faced Mitchell Carlson and submitted him via rear-naked choke in round one to score his first submission win as a professional. Bonin defeated Justin Knoeplfi via unanimous decision at Unified MMA 61 to notch his first decision victory as a professional.
Then on the main card of Unified MMA 65, he defeated Nick Leblanc via TKO in the second round. The win secured Bonin the first knockout victory of his professional career along with his second finish under the Unified MMA banner. He also earned his third overall win as a professional mixed martial artist in the process. Bonin’s blunt willingness to stalk the toughest of animal kingdom assignments makes him the alpha manhood shredder of savage pillaging amongst a boarder full of wooly lambs who turn white as a sheeted ghost like winter’s annual snowfall when tasked with this herculean hunting expedition!
