Pulling off an upset in mixed martial arts is that much more satisfying when only a handful of people believe in a fighter’s natural talents to permanently silence the doubting critics. In today’s episode of Across The Pond, you will be introduced to the latest snake of the snowbanks ready to sweep all traces of Winter away and usher in a rush of Spring fever at Middleweight for Legacy Fighting Alliance. A professional mixed martial artist since May 2024 and representing Nice Guy Submission Fighting, Zayne Havener owns a 4-2 record in six contests consisting of two knockouts, one submission and one decision. Havener has fought for several organizations throughout his time as a professional MMA fighter including Cage Fury Fighting Championships and Legacy Fighting Alliance. His lone decision win has resulted in a unanimous verdict. Havener has spent his whole career in the United States and has finished three out of his four victories inside the professional ranks. He is 1-0 under the Legacy Fighting Alliance banner.
At SICP 6 Fall Brawl, he defeated Sloan Clymer via TKO in the second round. Havener defeated Travis Foster via technical knockout in round two at Caged Combat Productions 7 Reload to score his second knockout win as a professional. Then at Caged Combat Productions 8 Hard Hitters, he defeated Mikeal Kennedy via unanimous decision to secure his only decision victory as a professional.
In his promotional debut under the Legacy Fighting Alliance banner on the main card of LFA 226, he submitted Travon Eller via triangle choke in round one. The victory notched Havener the first submission win of his professional career in addition to victory and finish number one under the Legacy Fighting Alliance banner. He also picked up his fourth win overall as a professional mixed martial artist in the process. Havener is a prospect who shows that if you hold on to even the slimmest of hopes, you will ultimately end up achieving any ambitions with little luck involved!
