A professional mixed martial artist since October 2022 and representing Lakeville MMA, Jack Congdon is the owner of a 7-2 record through the course of nine outings consisting of four knockouts and three submissions. Congdon appeared in the main event of week four in the ninth seasonal cycle of Dana White’s Tuesday Night Contender Series in 2025. He has spent his whole career arc as a professional MMA fighter with Cage Titans. Congdon also fought for Cage Titans as an Amateur before turning professional. He has never gone to the scorecards with a finish rate of 100 percent to show for it through nine appearances inside the professional ranks so far in his journey. His entire story has been in the United States mostly in his home state of Massachusetts. The majority of Congdon’s professional finishes have come within the opening round inside of five minutes or fewer to go along with a single second-round finish.
In his professional MMA debut at Cage Titans 56, he defeated Paul Teague via technical knockout in round one. Congdon submitted Jay Ellis in the first round via rear-naked choke at Cage Titans 58. Then at Cage Titans 59, he defeated Trevor Gudde in round one. Congdon defeated Sam Watford at Cage Titans 64 via TKO in the first round. He submitted Kyron Bowen via rear-naked choke in round one at Cage Titans 67. Congdon also choked out Ali Zebian in the first round via rear-naked choke to lock up his third submission victory as a professional at Cage Titans 69.
At Cage Titans 71, he defeated Zach Davis via technical knockout in round two. The victory earned Congdon the fourth knockout win of his professional career. He also obtained his seventh win in the process as a professional mixed martial artist overall. Congdon’s sharpened sense of awareness and heightened finishing abilities have left much of the opposition shattered shells of their former efforts at making an athletic existence!
