The triple-header of European action in the Manchester and London bubbles has allowed Cage Warriors to recapture the glory of past years with heart-pounding intensity to match. In today’s episode of Across The Pond, you will meet a bombardier of fire raining down destruction from above with the precision of a fighter plane. A professional mixed martial artist since June 2019 and representing Trojan Free Fighters, Matt Figlak owns a 5-1 record through six professional bouts comprised of two knockouts, two submissions, and one decision. Figlak has fought for several promotions over the course of his career including Cage Warriors and has finished four out of his five victories during his tenure as a pro-MMA fighter so far with four first-round finishes under his belt. He has gone to the scorecards once during his journey in the professional MMA ranks.

In his MMA debut at Meltdown Fighting Championships 3, he tapped out Patrick Blight in the first round via brabo choke. Figlak defeated Tyler John Thomas at Raged UK MMA 11 via TKO in round one. Then at Battle Arena 59, he defeated Tomas Kuczik via unanimous decision. Figlak submitted Medars Fleminas via rear-naked choke in the first round on the second night of the Cage Warriors trilogy at Cage Warriors 115.

On the opening night of the trilogy part three at Cage Warriors 120 from London’s York Hall, he knocked out Josh Plant in the first round. The win earned Figlak the second knockout victory of his professional career. He also picked up back-to-back victories under the banner of Cage Warriors in the process. This powerful bomber knows how to fly high in the blue skies of victory!
