Division one college wrestlers have transitioned very well to the pro-MMA ranks. In today’s episode of Across The Pond, you will be introduced to a lion of sweltering summer hunting down foes with determined fierceness as the next superstar of tomorrow for Bellator MMA. A professional mixed martial artist since October 2020 and representing American Top Team, Cody Law owns an undefeated 4-0 professional record comprised of two knockouts, one submission, and one decision. Law has spent his entire tenure in the professional ranks with Bellator MMA thus far. He is currently 4-0 under the banner of Bellator MMA, with three finishes in four appearances with the promotion. He has gone to the scorecards once during his pro career, sweeping the scorecards across the board in that instance. The majority of Law’s victories during his pro career have come within the distance, with two first-round finishes under his belt and also has one finish in the third and final round.

In his professional MMA debut and promotional debut with Bellator MMA at Bellator 250, he faced Orlando Ortega and went on to submit him in the first round via brabo choke. Law defeated Kenny Champion via TKO in the third round at Bellator 254. For outing number three with Bellator MMA at Bellator 256, he defeated Nathan Garheeb via unanimous decision to earn his first and only decision win as a professional to date along with his third straight victory under the Bellator MMA banner.

At Bellator 262, he defeated Theodore Macuka via TKO in the first round. The victory earned Law the second knockout win of his professional career. He also picked up his fourth win in a row under the banner of Bellator MMA in the process. Law is a judge with a heavy hand for opponents that dare to evade the arm of justice, so wrongdoers beware!
