The heavyweights have a reputation for always bringing the thunder inside the cage, In today’s episode of Across The Pond, you will be introduced to a ruthless garden state giant whose power knocks foes flat with the full force of an east coast locomotive. A professional mixed martial artist since February 2019 and representing Killer B Combat Sports Academy, Jimmy Lawson owns a 3-1 record through four professional bouts, with all three of his victories as a pro-MMA fighter coming via knockout. Lawson fought for Ring Of Combat prior to making his promotional debut with Legacy Fighting Alliance at LFA 114 in August 2021. Lawson has finished 100 percent of his wins during his time in the professional ranks with two-first round finishes under his belt. He is currently 1-0 under the banner of Legacy Fighting Alliance. The majority of Lawson’s wins during his career as a professional mixed martial artist have come within the opening round in the space of fewer than five minutes. He has yet to reach the scorecards at any point during his pro career. Lawson has only made it past the opening round a single time in four professional cage appearances thus far, with one second-round finish on his ledger.

At Ring Of Combat 69, he faced Edwin Smart and went on to knock him out in the second round. Lawson also defeated Justin Richwine via TKO in the first round at Ring Of Combat 70. Then in his promotional debut with Legacy Fighting Alliance at LFA 114, he knocked out Anthony Garrett in the first round. The victory earned Lawson the third knockout win of his professional career. He also picked up win number one under the banner of Legacy Fighting Alliance in the process. At 3-1 with a 100 percent finish rate, Lawson is one lion whose roar makes the earth tremble with sheer fright!
