Tobias Harila will be back in action at CW 132 on Saturday 11th December, as he takes on Brazilian Jiu Jitsu specialist, Jair Junior, in a featherweight contest inside the world-famous York Hall in London.
Harila last fought at CW 125 back in June, where he lost a decision to William Gomis, but showed his relentlessness in looking for the win.
Talking on the latest edition to the second night of Cage Warriors‘ December double header, CW president, Graham Boylan, said: “I’m really excited to see Tobias take on another tough opponent in Cage Warriors.
“Jair Junior comes in with five submission wins to his name so we know he is dangerous on the mat.
“We all know Tobias loves the spotlight too and his two ring walks in Cage Warriors are some of the best we’ve seen. I’m sure he’ll have something special up his sleeve for his first Cage Warriors fight in front of a crowd.”
Harila comes into his third Cage Warriors bout with a 9-2 record, having beaten Aidan Stephen by TKO in his debut at CW 122.
For this fight, Harila has been training at Sanford MMA in Florida under Henri Hooft, with the gym also being a base for UFC fighters Michael Chandler and Gilbert Burns.
“Bad Intention” spoke of his excitement ahead of his return: “I’m really looking forward to being back at Cage Warriors.
“It’s been six months since I last fought and I have been really focused and I look forward to showing that.
“I am going to be the next Cage Warriors featherweight champion and I am going to make sure the fans will see that!”
Jair Junior will make his Cage Warriors debut with a 7-3 record, with three first round submission wins.
The Brazilian is currently based in the UK and has fought across the world, with fights in his native Brazil, as well as in London and China.
Ahead of his debut, Junior told Cage Warriors: “I’m going to submit him before the start of the second round.
“I am going to be the Cage Warriors champion within the next year.
“I am the future!”
