2022 has been a year where European MMA has flourished. Capitalizing on that the UFC has decided to a numbered event UFC 286 in London, United Kingdom.

With many exciting prospects on the rise and some fan favorites looking to reprise their presences on the big stage, it comes with no surprise the UFC matchmakers have put together an absolute carnage of a match-up between Chris ‘The Problem’ Duncan vs. Michael ‘Mad Dog’ Figlak.

Duncan, holds a record of 9 wins and 1 loss.  7 of which came from KO/TKO, 1 submission, and 1 decision win. The Scottsman has no quarrels going toe-to-toe with no wee man as he previously show utter heart and was relentless in his last outing on Dana White’s Contender Series.

Across the cage Figlak, one of the hottest prospects to come out of Europe holds a record of 8 wins and 1 loss. 4 of which come by KO/TKO and 4 by decision. Despite Michal’s last fight ending in his first loss, his resume is one not to be overlooked with highlight reel knockouts and a sweep of the Cage Warriors lightweight division.

UFC 286 is shaping up to be a blockbuster of events and knowing the history of events held at the O2 this should be completely class. A main event is yet to be announced, but speculation has it, it will be Leon Edwards vs. Kamaru Usman III for the welterweight championship.
