The Valley of the Sun has witnessed the rise of many early risers in professional MMA circles who have gone on to become the heroes of the story like Benson Henderson. In today’s episode of Across The Pond, you will be introduced to the latest conductor casting flyweights out of dark skies for Legacy Fighting Alliance. A professional mixed martial artist since May 2023 and representing The MMA Lab under head coach John Crouch,Chance Ikei holds a 2-0 record comprised of one knockout and one decision. He is 2-0 under the LFA banner with one finish in two appearances with the promotion. Ikei has spent his entire career as a professional MMA fighter with Legacy Fighting Alliance. The only finish during his career in the professional MMA ranks has been inside the opening round with a time of three minutes and 19 seconds. Ikei has gone to the scorecards a single time during his career sweeping them clean across the board on that occasion. He also fought for LFA as an amateur prior to turning professional. Ikei has spent his whole professional career in his home state of Arizona. He has finished one out of his two wins overall during his career as a professional mixed martial artist so far. Ikei has a single first-round finish under his belt through his first two professional outings.
In his professional MMA debut and promotional debut with Legacy Fighting Alliance on the preliminary card of LFA 158, he faced Joe Stafford and defeated him via unanimous decision to secure his first decision win as a professional. Ikei defeated Keynan Davis via technical knockout in the first round. The victory scored Ikei the first knockout win of his professional career and second victory overall. He also picked up back-to back victories with Legacy Fighting Alliance in the process. A trail of sheer terror and destruction has been left in Ikei’s stormy wake!
