Returning to a previous promotion that a fighter made their professional debut in will always carry a special significance to a fighter’s journey. In today’s episode of Across The Pond, you will meet a lynx of cold lunges and snowy huntress set to deliver Rocky Mountain ice at Atomweight for Invicta Fighting Championships as they trek down South to the peach state at Invicta FC 59 on December 13. A professional mixed martial artist since August 2021 and representing Warrior Fitness Center, Natalie Salcedo holds a 3-0 record consisting of two submissions and one decision. Salcedo has fought for Invicta Fighting Championships and Peak Fighting and is 1-0 under the Invicta Fighting Championships banner. Salcedo has spent her entire career as a professional MMA fighter in the United States. Both of her finishes during her career in the professional ranks have been inside the distance. Her only decision win has resulted in a unanimous verdict. Salcedo has finished two out of her three total wins over the course of her journey as a professional mixed martial artist with one first-round finish and a single second-round finish to show for it in those three appearances.

In her professional MMA debut and promotional debut under the Invicta Fighting Championships banner at Invicta FC 44 A New Era, Salcedo faced Katie Perez and defeated her via unanimous decision to notch her first decision win as a professional. She submitted Amber Terrell via rear-naked choke in round one at Peak Fighting 32. Then at Peak Fighting 36, she tapped out Stephanie Hernandez in the second round via armbar. The victory earned Salcedo the second submission win of her professional career. She also secured her third consecutive win to start her professional career in the process.

At Invicta FC 59 on December 13, she will square off against Brazilian prospect Giulliany Perea in an Atomweight affair. Good luck Natalie!
