He has fought for Samurai Fighting Championship, EMMA and Cage Warriors Academy Wales. D’Arcy has spent his entire Amateur career in the United Kingdom. Both of his decision wins during his Amateur journey have resulted in unanimous verdicts. He has finished 10 out of his 12 victories overall over the course of his career as an Amateur MMA fighter.

At Cage Warriors Academy Wales 4, he faced Malaki Lynch and defeated him via unanimous decision. D’Arcy also defeated Jamie Wilson at Cage Warriors Academy Wales 5 via unanimous decision to score his second decision win as an Amateur. Then at Cage Warriors Academy Wales 6, he submitted Keiran Doyle in the first round via arm-triangle choke. D’Arcy tapped out Daniel Morris in round one at Cage Warriors Academy Wales 7. He submitted Jack Leckie via rear-naked choke in the first round at EMMA Four Nations Championships Day 1. D’Arcy tapped out Jordan Little via armbar in round one at Cage Warriors 142. He submitted Lorenzo Parente in round two at Cage Warriors Academy Wales 9.  D’Arcy tapped out Aaron Bolton in the first round at EMMA Four Nations 2023 Day 1. In his promotional debut with Samurai Fighting Championship at SFC 2, he defeated Moseke Becke via rear-naked choke in the second round. D’Arcy submitted Cameron Brown in round two via brabo choke at Samurai Fighting Championship 3. He tapped out Tom Power via rear-naked choke in the second round at Samurai Fighting Championship 4.

At Samurai Fighting Championship 5, D’Arcy submitted Paul Richards in round two via arm-triangle choke. The victory secured D’Arcy the 10th submission win of his Amateur career. He also earned his 12th win inside the Amateur ranks in the process.
