An Amateur mixed martial artist since August 2021 and representing WAR Training Center, Alex Lawal owns a 6-3 record in nine contests consisting of five knockouts and one decision. Lawal has fought for Peak Fighting and Fury Fighting Championship and has spent her whole Amateur career in the United States in her home state of Texas. She has finished five out of her six overall victories over the course of her journey as an Amateur MMA fighter. All of Lawal’s finishes during her tenure as an Amateur mixed martial artist have been within two rounds. Her lone decision win during her Amateur journey has resulted in a split decision verdict.

At Peak Fighting 16, she faced Rebecca Nowling and defeated her via a split decision to score her only decision win as an Amateur. Lawal knocked out Brittney Thurlo in the second round at Peak Fighting 18. She defeated Ashlee Cooks via technical knockout in round two at XKO 62. Then at Fury Fighting Championship 91, Lawal defeated Kallee Crumbie via TKO in the first round. She defeated Ana Campos at XKO 68 Fight Night via technical knockout in round one.

At Fury Fighting Championship 102, she knocked out Alexandra Carlson in the first round. The victory secured Lawal the fifth knockout win of her Amateur career. She also earned her sixth win overall inside the Amateur ranks in the process. Lawal is a prospect whose punishing power horns have left lasting scars in the stockyards throughout the panhandle of earthly perils!
