Costello has finished three out of his five overall victories during his professional career. Both of his decision wins have resulted in unanimous verdicts. At CFC Malta 8, he faced Martin Antevski and went on to defeat him via technical knockout in the first round. Costello submitted Rade Novakovic at CFC Malta 9 via rear-naked choke in round one to score his only submission win as a professional. He defeated Joliver Allan Mougang via unanimous decision. Then at Combate Global Ireland versus Mexico, Costello defeated Orvido Bojorquez via unanimous decision to secure his second decision win as a professional. He defeated Alexander Mikael Viana via TKO in round two at Fight 2 One 6. The win earned Costello the second knockout victory of his professional career. He also notched his fifth win as a professional mixed martial artist in the process.
