Philippines fighter to create history at Brave 14 in Morocco

Jeremy Pacatiw has signed the contract to compete at Brave 14 hosted in Omnisports indoor club of Tangier, Morocco on 18th August 2018. Pacatiw who trains at Team Lakay will become the first fighter from the Philippines to compete at an event by the global promotion hosted in the continent of Africa. Brave 14 has materialised as an initiative under His Highness Sheikh Khalid bin Hamad Al Khalifa of Bahrain and under the patronage of His Majesty King Mohammed VI of Morocco. Pacatiw will face Keith Lee from the United States of America. Born in Detroit, Michigan, United States, Lee had an undefeated amateur career prior making his 5 fight professional career. Keith Lee is the brother of the high profile UFC fighter, Kevin Lee. Pacatiw will be competing in a top priority bout to bounce back from the losses suffered in his career. Currently, Jeremy Pacatiw is the fighter from the Philippines with the most number of appearances at Brave Combat Federation. Pacatiw had suffered recent losses after making a statement by defeating two of the top talent from India and Brazil where he gained wins over Chaitanya Gavali and Diego Coleta. Pacatiw fights in the bantamweight division which is dominated by the champion, Stephen Loman from Team Lakay, Philippines. “The bout will be highly competitive and will showcase two of the most promising talent with contrasting styles. Abdoul Abdouraguimov to fight at Brave 14 in Morocco

Undefeated welterweight sensation, Abdoul Abdouraguimov will compete in Brave 14 hosted in Tangier, Morocco on 18th August. Abdouraguimov is undefeated in his professional career with seven wins and a no-contest. He will face Sidney Wheeler from the United States of America. Wheeler has 8 victories in his 10 appearances. Wheeler had fought for the first time at Brave Combat Federation in Jordan, where he made an impressive split decision victory over Pawel Kielek. Abdouraguimov is among the latest talent signed by the promotion in 2018. He had signed a multi-fight contract with Brave Combat Federation. Abdouraguimov is also a French national champion of Brazilian jiu-jitsu in the brown belt category. Wheeler at the same time is adept in both wrestling and striking combined with faced paced aggressive style which earned him the reference of ‘the next Brock Lesnar’ in MMA. He was originally set to face Mohammad Fakhreddine during Brave 13 hosted in Belfast, United Kingdom, however, the bout did not take place due to the illness suffered by Wheeler during the weight-cut. Brave 14 will be the first global mixed martial arts event to take place in the continent of Africa. A victory is crucial for both the fighters for their future goals at the Brave Combat Federation. The bout will be featured live on StarSat, VodaComm, Abu Dhabi Sports and Combate.
